1. GENERAL
1.1. KKL JNF online services (hereinafter 'the website') offers products, experiences and services to surfers. The website is owned by Keren Kayemeth Leisrael-Jewish National Fund (hereinafter 'KKL-JNF') and is operated by KKL JNF.
1.2. The information in this protocol relates equally to gender and any use of male pronouns is solely a matter of convenience.
1.3. Anyone who purchases products and/or services through the website obligates himself to have read the protocol, to have understood its contents, and to have agreed to its stipulations, and that he or anyone on his behalf will make no claim or file any suit against KKL JNF or anyone on its behalf.
1.4. KKL JNF reserves the right to change the protocol and the rules of participation from time to time.
1.5. No use may be made of any materials on the website for purposes contrary to the aims of KKL JNF or to its protocol.
1.6. Website materials may not be published on the Internet. If a one-time need shall arise for such use, written permission must be obtained in advance from KKL JNF.
1.7. Material may not be transferred from the website to any party, with or without payment.

2. CONDITIONS FOR WEBSITE USE
2.1. The website is open to surfers from all over the world.
2.2. Contributions to KKL JNF are tax-exempt as stipulated by Article 40 of the Israel Income Tax Act.
2.3. Any person over the age of 18 and/or any legally incorporated entity in possession of a valid credit card in his name from one of the credit card companies below, is entitled to purchase products/services on the website.
2.4. The following are the credit card companies through which purchases may be made on the website:

2.5. Presentation of false personal information is a felony according to the Penal Code (1977). Legal action will be taken against those who present false personal information. Also, KKL JNF will be authorized to convey information related to the false information to the Israel Police or any other entity responsible for dealing with such information.

3. COPYRIGHT
3.1. All products on the website belong to KKL JNF, and KKL JNF has full copyright for them.
3.2. A purchaser of a product may use it for his private use and/or give them to the person for whom they were purchased.
3.3. No distortion may be made of website material, including any change that would lessen its value as protected material and/or any other action that could harm or malign its author/s.

4. SERVICE AND PAYMENT POLICIES
4.1. Payment may be made in up to three installments without interest.
4.2. KKL JNF guarantees that products purchased on the website will be posted to the purchaser within 15 business days from the day the order was received by KKL JNF.
4.3. It is known to the purchaser that a prior condition for making a purchase on the website is receiving confirmation for purchase from the credit card company.
4.4. If the credit card company does not approve payment for the purchase, it will be considered as a cancellation of the order by the purchaser. The purchaser will not be entitled to receive a purchased product if the payment has not been made in full or if approval was not granted by the credit card company for making the payment.

5. TREE PLANTING SERVICES AND GOLDEN BOOK REGISTRATION
5.1. Every tree ordered on the website will be planted in actuality on location by KKL JNF foresters in the course of the next planting season. Trees for tourists will be planted by the visitors at KKL JNF tree planting centers.
5.2. The number of trees made possible to be planted by KKL JNF and the planting locations offered on the website are based on the KKL JNF annual planting program.
5.3. It is not possible to correlate a tree ordered on the website with a real tree in a forested area. Correlation exists when a grove or more is planted.
5.4. The cost of the tree is a symbolic fee, which includes planting the tree, caring for it, and maintenance of the forest over the years.
5.5. One who orders a dedication for the tree (without a certificate) will receive a receipt for the donation from KKL JNF mailed to his home address.
5.6. One who orders a dedication for a tree with a certificate, will receive the certificate at the address he has specified on the website.
5.7. Postage and Handling charges for a certificate sent by registered mail in Israel are an additional IS 9.30 for mailing a certificate. For 5 trees or more, mailing the certificate in Israel is free of charge.
5.8. Postage and handling charges for a certificate sent by registered mail outside of Israel are an additional IS11.50. For 5 trees or more, mailing the certificate outside Israel is free of charge.
5.9. It is possible to give KKL JNF a picture to be printed on the tree certificate. KKL JNF reserves the right not to print the picture on the certificate if KKL JNF finds it to be unsuitable.
5.10. The name of the donor may be different than the name of the credit card holder.
5.11. A donation made by a dedication registered in the KKL JNF Golden Books entitles the donor to receive a certificate, in accordance with the book selected – the Children’s Book, the Bar and Bat Mitzva Book, the Wedding Book, the Golden Book.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY
6.1. KKL JNF shall bear no responsibility for suiting the website materials to the needs of the user. KKL JNF shall also bear no responsibility for any damage caused to the user or any third party as a direct or indirect result of using the materials. Any information presented on the website is presented ingenuously according to information available at the time it was included. Errors are possible. If any content is problematic or there is a suggestion for correction, please contact the website.
6.2. Any advertisement, research study, recording, exhibit or clip made using material from the website, in any form, must accord proper credit. In the case of using photos, each photo should note: “KKL Photo Archive” and the name of the photographer (if one is exists).
6.3. No user may copy, distribute, broadcast or make available to the public any material from the website, or to prepare a composite using sections of it, without advance written permission from KKL JNF and/or the owner of the copyright.
6.4. In any case, it is clarified that anyone who uses a photo is obligated and agrees not to obtain any rights to it other than the right to use the material for a limited amount of time and/or only according to the conditions specified, and that he will abide by any and all conditions, and any payment he has made will not grant him any rights to website materials.

7. RESPONSIBILITY
7.1. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for any errors in typing information, and the purchaser will bear responsibility for any results deriving from it. Computer notes, as they are recorded by KKL JNF, will constitute proof that the information they contain was typed by the purchaser.
7.2. Typing the information by the purchaser constitute the purchaser’s commitment to purchase the product and pay for it as specified on the website. The purchaser is obligated to make sure the credit card company pays KKL JNF the payment the purchaser has agreed to pay.

9. DATA SECURITY
9.1. Information related to website activity, including information about orders, purchasers and credit cards will be processed by means of SSL security code protocol as accepted in electronic sales. The information will not be shared by KKL JNF and its retail operators with any other parties except for the credit card companies.

10. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
10.1. The purchaser and/or the surfer of the website and/or any third party performing any action on the website is not permitted to alter, participate in selling, or use the website or any part of it for creating any derivative of it or taking advantage of the website and/or the content of the website except for the purpose for which it was intended by the website.
10.2. Anyone seeking to create a link to the website from other websites must address the email above in order to obtain express permission.
